Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping for jewelry items means each piece of jewelry is packaged in a black velvet jewelry box.
Mail Order
If you are not comfortable ordering through web sites, we offer a paper order form you can use.

Fan Fatale or fill in the credit card information. Please note that orders sent by mail to Fan Fatale will require an extra two weeks to process. If it is a credit card order, you also can scan both the front and back and send it as an email attachment.
Returns Policy
We are confident in our product quality and want you to feel confident as well. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for your money back or replacement. If there is a problem with workmanship or material defects, you may return it for replacement or refund within a year after purchase.
Shipping Policy
Our default shipping method is US Mail First Class. You can select a different method when ordering for an additional cost. For jewelry items, we will ship 2 business days (Monday through Friday) after receiving your order. Watches may take up to a week to ship out. Although we try to keep the website updated, some items can suddenly go out of stock. If any items are out of stock, we will promptly notify you and offer a similiar in-stock item or a full refund.
Mailing List Policy
We will never sell or loan our mailing lists to other companies or organizations. If you sign up for our info-only mailing list, we promise to not overburden your in-box and will send announcement emails monthly. (If you place an order with us, you will receive separate confirmation emails.)
