Lisa Goldstein started Fan Fatale because she could not find a pair of quality Red Sox earrings to wear during the fall of 2004. She owns a Red Sox locket bracelet that used to belong to her older sister, who got it during a trip to Fenway Park in the 1960s. In 1975, during the playoffs, Lisa stole the bracelet and has treasured it ever since.
During the 2004 playoffs Lisa wore the now ancient bracelet every day, but worried how to replace it if something ever happened to it. Thus she began her frustrating search for affordable yet well-made sports fan jewelry and came up empty handed. In a crazy act of fan-fueled desperation, she resolved to start her own company and manufacture it herself.
We make quality jewelry in sterling silver that complements any outfit – workplace, casual, or evening wear. In January 2006 we introduced our first line, the Baseball Collection. Our second original collection, the Fall Sports Collection, was introduced in July 2006 and added football, soccer and basketball.
